ARLIS R. HILL JR.

SIKESTON -- Arlis R. Hill Jr., 55, of Sikeston, formerly of Caruthersville, died Monday, March 23, 1992, at his home.

He was born May 31, 1936, at Kennett, son of Arlis R. and Ola Marie Alsup Hill Sr. He and Bonnie Chessor were married March 21, 1959, at East Prairie.

Hill had lived here since 1980. He was service manager at Leible Implement Co. here, and a member of Calvary Temple Church. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Timothy Hill of Jackson, Jeffrey Hill of Effingham, Ill., Michael Hill of Sikeston; two daughters, Shari Lackey of Macomb, Ill., Lori Mays of Sikeston, and 10 grandchildren.

Funeral service is at 2 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Daniel Stoffel will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.
