PERRYVILLE -- Arlene Mae Reitzel, 63, of Perryville died Thursday, April 23, 1998, at her home.
She was born Dec. 19, 1934, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Earl and Belle Ness Collins. She and Claude C. Reitzel were married Jan. 27, 1951.
Reitzel was a member of St. Vincent's Catholic Church, its Ladies Sodality, and the MS Society.
Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Regina Lurk, Olanda Schumer and Brenda Barnett of Perryville, Theresa Upchurch of Marble Hill; three sons, Steve, Jerry and Mike Reitzel of Perryville; her father of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Richard Collins of Scott City; a daughter, Donna Cummings of Cape Girardeau; 16 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. Sunday, and Monday from 6:30-9:40 a.m. The parish wake will be at 7 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent's Church, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
