Arietta F. Hogan, 70, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, Feb. 6, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born Feb. 27, 1927, in Anna, Ill., daughter of Charles and Flossie Spurlock. She and Tom Hogan were married Dec. 31, 1949, in Piggott, Ark.
Hogan was a nurse assistant 17 years at St. Francis. She was a member of Ladies Friendship Club.
Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Sandy Ziegler of Jackson, Debbie Estes of Scott City, Lisa Wilson of Cape Girardeau; five sisters; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and a grandson.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-7 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the chapel, with the Rev. Doyle Randol officiating. Burial will be in Casper Cemetery at Anna.
