DEXTER, Mo. -- Annabelle Borders, 59, died Friday, Nov. 17, 2000, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born July 7, 1941, at Stoddard County, Mo., daughter of Carl and Dora McFarland Hagy. She had lived in Fisk, Mo., the past 10 years. She was a member of the Star Community Church near Fisk. She and Dean Borders were married May 13, 1962, at Neelyville, Mo.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Johnny Borders of Fisk and Troy Borders of Dudley, Mo.; two daughters, Mary and Malinda Borders, both of Fisk; six brothers, Harold Hagy of St. Charles, Mo., Paul Hagy of Belgrade, Mo., Vernon Hagy of Myrtle, Mo., Cecil Hagy of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Oliver and Carroll Hagy, both of Dudley; and one grandchild.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Monday at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Orvil Wilkerson and Jerry Metcalf officiating. Interment will be in Caroline Dowdy Cemetery near Dexter.
