Annabel S. Watkins, 77, of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., died Wednesday, Dec. 7, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. She was born Nov. 11, 1917, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Dr. O.L. and Anna M. Smith Seabaugh. She married W.T. "Bill" Watkins, who died Feb. 27, 1971...

Annabel S. Watkins, 77, of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., died Wednesday, Dec. 7, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born Nov. 11, 1917, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Dr. O.L. and Anna M. Smith Seabaugh. She married W.T. "Bill" Watkins, who died Feb. 27, 1971.

Watkins received a master's degree from Southeast Missouri State University.

Survivors include two sons, Craig Watkins of Denton, Texas, Bruce Watkins of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Dr. William O.L. Seabaugh of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Dorothy Knehans of Warrensburg, and three grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel, with the Rev. Neil Stein officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 a.m. to service time.
