MORLEY, Mo. -- Anna Belle Williams, 83, of Morley died Monday, Jan. 14, 2002, at Clearview Nursing Center in Sikeston, Mo.
She was born Nov. 2, 1918, in Brockett, Ark., to Emmett Thomas and Ida Mae Sago Harris. On Feb. 21, 1939, she married Paris Williams in Brockett, and he died Sept. 29, 1973.
She was a homemaker and cook for Scott County Central High School. She was a member of the Morley Church of Christ.
Survivors include: a son, Bob Williams of Cuba, Mo.; three daughters, Betty Williams and Debbie Austin of Morley and Brenda Hicks of Sikeston; a sister, Mary Buxton of Maynard, Ark.; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers, three sisters and a granddaughter.
There will be graveside services at 2 p.m. today at the Jarrett Cemetery in Maynard, with the Rev. Gary Buxton of Pocahontas, Ark., officiating. Nunnelee Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
