Anna Miesner

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Anna Manson Miesner, 82, of Hillsboro, Mo., died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009, in De Soto, Mo.

She was born July 19, 1926, in Pittsburgh, Pa., daughter of Adam and Sophia Sienkiewicz Schultz. She first married William Frank Manson Jr. She later married Wilmer E. Miesner.

Miesner was a retired certified medical technician and had worked at Perry County Nursing Home, American Care Nursing Home and Ann Patterson Nursing Home in Perryville.

Survivors include two daughters, Renee Sucharski of Hillsboro, Lucina Rouggly of Festus, Mo.; two sons, William Manson III of St. Louis, Van Manson of Chesapeake, Va.; a stepdaughter, Nancy Reisenbichler of Perryville; two stepsons, Roger Miesner of O'Fallon, Ill., David Miesner of Perryville; a sister, Carol Russell of Grove City, Pa.; 15 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to service time Monday at Robert D. Brown Funeral Home in Hillsboro.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Francois Memorial Park Cemetery at Bonne Terre, Mo.
