Anna Louise Luke, 75, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Saturday, June 9, 2001, at Hidden Lake Nursing Home. She was born June 24, 1925, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Clarence and Emma Koch Hunze. She and the Rev. Harold H. Luke were married June 6, 1948...

Anna Louise Luke, 75, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Saturday, June 9, 2001, at Hidden Lake Nursing Home.

She was born June 24, 1925, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Clarence and Emma Koch Hunze. She and the Rev. Harold H. Luke were married June 6, 1948.

Luke had been a nurse in obstetrics. She was a member of Ascension Lutheran Church in Kansas City, Mo., and its Merriam Circle and Lutheran Women's Missionary League.

Survivors include two daughters, Cynthia Luke of Shawnee, Kan., Rebecca Jungklaus of Cypress, Texas; two sons, Stephen Luke of Killeen, Texas, Thomas Luke of Dallas, Texas; a sister, Dorothea Rudert of Perryville, Mo.; and five grandchildren.

Funeral was held Tuesday at Ascension Lutheran Church. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery in Kansas City.
