ANNA HYDRICK

SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Anna Odessa Hydrick of Sikeston will be held at 10 a.m. today at Ponder Funeral Home, with Dr. Jim Guffie officiating. Burial will be in Vanndale Cemetery in Vanndale, Ark.

Hydrick, 85, died Sunday, Jan. 28, 1996, at her home.

She was born Nov. 10, 1910, in Vanndale, daughter of George Washington and Martha Matilda Pruitt Hydrick.

Hydrick lived in Sikeston since 1924. She was employed by Prudential Insurance Co. 37 years and had written two books. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Order of Eastern Star, and Prudential Retiree Club.

Surviving are eight nephews, including Milton Sadler, with whom she resided; a niece, half nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, three sisters, two half brothers and a half sister.
