ANNA E. FOSS

MOUNDS, Ill. -- Anne E. Foss, 82, of Ft. Pierce, Fla., formerly of Mounds, Ill., died Sunday, June 6, 1993, at the Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Ft. Pierce, Fla.

She was born April 10, 1911, at Waverly, Ky., daughter of Hester and Emily Gowan.

She was married to Robert E. Foss.

Foss was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Ronald E. Foss and Clarence N. Foss, both of Ft. Pierce, Fla.; four daughters, Carolene Lane of Grandview, Tenn., Sharon Rain and Helen Baker, both of Ft. Pierce, Fla., Diana Ray of Fayetteville, N.C.; two sisters, Carrie Parker of Cairo, Ill., Maonia Friedman of Mounds, Ill.; 17 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Tuesday at the Barkett Funeral Home in Mounds, Ill.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Barkett Funeral Home in Mounds, Ill., with the Rev. Phillip Parker and the Rev. Ernest Browning officiating.

Burial will follow in the Spencer Heights Cemetery in Mounds, Ill.
