Ann Walker

COBDEN, Ill. -- Ann Walker, 83, of Cobden died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2002, at Jonesboro Health Care Center in Jonesboro, Ill.

She was born June 19, 1918, in Cobden, daughter of John L. and Rosa Alice Dillow Walker.

Walker was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Jana Bateman of Murphysboro, Ill.; a son, Jeri Walker of Cobden; a brother, Everett Walker of Bradenton, Fla.; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister and three brothers.

Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cobden Cemetery, with the Rev. Ezra Reams officiating.

Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home at Cobden is in charge of arrangements.
