CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Ann Loretta Kielhafner, 72, of Chaffee passed away Friday, July 18, 2014, at the family home.
She was born April 7, 1942, in Biehle, Missouri, to Elmer M. Schott and Helen Buchheit Schott Welker. She married John Joseph Kielhafner Sept. 3, 1966. He preceded her in death Nov. 12, 2009.
Ann retired from the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau. She was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee, Daughters of St. Ambrose, past president of Delta Senior Citizens and leader with Oak Valley 4-H Club several years.
Survivors include six sons, John J. (Sheri Cunningham) Kielhafner Jr. of Whitewater, Michael Kielhafner of St. Louis, Ronald (Jocelyn) Kielhafner of Orlando, Stephen (Debbie Bates) Kielhafner of O'Fallon, Missouri, Joseph Kielhafner of Dallas and Mark (D'Andre Braddix) Kielhafner of St. Peters, Missouri.
Also two brothers, Leo Schott of Charleston, Missouri, and John Schott of Chaffee; two sisters, Connie Schrader of St. Peters and Mary Boxdorfer of Perryville, Missouri; two granddaughters, Danielle Swoboda of Cape Girardeau and Norah Kielhafner of Orlando; two sisters-in-law, JoAnn (Leon) Kielhafner of Chaffee and Rita Kielhafner of Cape Girardeau.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Parish prayers will be at 7.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Ambrose Church, with the Rev. Randy Tochtrop as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Ambrose Cemetery.
