PERRYVILLE -- Anita H. Dobbelare, 94, of Perryville died Saturday, March 14, 1998, at Perry County Nursing Home in Perryville.
She was born July 3, 1903, at Wittenburg, the daughter of William H. and Mary Degenhardt Bodnschatz. She and Alphonse C. Dobbelare were married Sept. 29, 1928, at St. Louis. He preceded her in death on July 5, 1963.
She worked as a unit secretary for Perry County Memorial Hospital.
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. She was also a member of the Married Ladies of Belgique Sodality, the Daughters of Isabella and the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary.
Survivors include a son, Gary Dobbelare of Perryville; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, five sisters and a great-grandson.
Friends may call at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville from 4 to 9 p.m. today and from 6:30 to 9:50 a.m. Tuesday. Parish wake will be at 7 p.m. today. The rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. The Rev. Kevin P. Fausz, C.M. will officiate, with burial in Belgique Cemetery.
