ALTENBURG -- Alma N. Gruenwald, 80, of Altenburg, died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1992, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Feb. 25, 1912, at Frohna, daughter of Gottfried and Eleanor Weber Schuessler. She married Theodore Gruenwald Aug. 12, 1927. He died April 3, 1986.
Gruenwald was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church at Altenburg and its Lutheran Women's Missionary League.
Survivors include two sons, Edward Gruenwald of Frazee, Minn., Roy Gruenwald of Frohna; two sisters, Hilda Mirly of Altenburg, Clara Schuessler of Cape Girardeau; 10 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter and brother.
Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Church, with the Rev. Willard Kassulke officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at Young and Sons East Perry Chapel after 5:30 p.m. today.
