Allen Ray Parker Jr., 18, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, Dec. 20, 2010, at Saint Francis Medical Center, as a result of an automobile accident.
He was born Dec. 7, 1992, in Cape Girardeau, to Allen and Gloria Linhart Parker Sr.
Allen was a member of Jacksonville Assembly of the Body of Christ Church in Jacksonville, Fla. He had been employed at McDonald's Restaurant in Cape Girardeau. He was an avid hunter and volleyball player.
Survivors include his parents, Allen Parker Sr. and Gloria Parker; a brother, Zachary Parker; a sister, Jessica Parker, all of Jacksonville; grandmother, Brenda Emerson of Sikeston, Mo.; grandfather, Raymond Parker of Piedmont, Mo.; stepgrandfather, Jerry Emerson of Sikeston; numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Jerry and Carolyn Linhart.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel.
Funeral arrangements are pending in Jacksonville.
