Allen Wayne "Trey" Miles III, 28, of Millersville passed away Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2020, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. He was born Sept. 1, 1991, in Cape Girardeau, the son of Karen (Kenny) Surface of Millersville. Allen "Trey" was a 2011 graduate of Jackson High School. He worked at VIP Industries in Cape Girardeau. Trey enjoyed hunting, fishing and dancing. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoyed spending time with his niece, nephew and family...

Allen Wayne "Trey" Miles III, 28, of Millersville passed away Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2020, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Sept. 1, 1991, in Cape Girardeau, the son of Karen (Kenny) Surface of Millersville.

Allen "Trey" was a 2011 graduate of Jackson High School. He worked at VIP Industries in Cape Girardeau. Trey enjoyed hunting, fishing and dancing. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoyed spending time with his niece, nephew and family.

Loving survivors include his parents; grandparents, Allen W. (Susan) Miles Sr. of Laurel, Maryland; sister, Kristen Amber Miles of Millersville and her children, Addyson and Brantley Masters; brother, Andrew Hamilton Surface and his financee, LiErin Randol of Fruitland; and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

He was preceeded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Shirley Ruhl and Junior and Deb Surface.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date.

Arrangements are by McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.

The family suggests contributions be made to Southeast Area Special Olympics, 1625 N. Kingshighway, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701.
