JACKSON -- Aliene Virginia Brown, 74, of Lees Summit died Friday, Feb. 25, 2000, at Truman Medical Center in Lees Summit.
She was born Dec. 25, 1925, in Jackson, daughter of Albert and Lillian M. Huter Nagel. She and Fred Brown were married Dec. 28, 1945. He died July 19, 1983.
Brown was a graduate of Jackson High School.
She had lived at Lees Summit since 1984 and was a member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church.
Survivors include two sons, Don Brown of Lees Summit, Steve Brown of Terre Haute, Ind.; a sister, Melba Brugger of Jackson; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson from 4-8 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Robert Henrichs officiating. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.
