Alice M. Pecaut, 88, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, March 16, 1999, at Fountainbleau Lodge.
She was born June 29, 1910, at Perryville, daughter of William and Catherine Ruch LaRose. She and Vincent S. Pecaut were married in November 1931 at Perryville.
Pecaut had been an inspector at Trimfoot Shoe Factory in Farmington.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Charles Pecaut of Cape Girardeau, Roy Pecaut of Tulsa, Okla.; two daughters, Lucille Asbridge of Mesa, Ariz., Frances Foeller of St. Charles; a sister, Agnes Daleo of St. Louis; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister and three brothers.
Friends may call at Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville from 4-8 p.m. Friday, and Saturday from 6:30-9:50 a.m. The parish wake will be at 7 p.m. Friday, and the rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Saturday.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville, with the Rev. Richard Lause officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery at Perryville.
