Alice Marie Garner, 67, of Cape Girardeau, died Thursday, Jan. 2, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born July 23, 1924, at Daisy, daughter of Joseph W. and Artie Mann Deckey. She married Otto Garner, who died June 14, 1981.
Garner was a member of Third Street United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Gary Garner of Cape Girardeau, Wayne Garner, Oak Ridge Route 2; a brother, Andy Deckey of Cedar Hill; two sisters, Artie Greable of Cape Girardeau, Helen Cotner of Oak Ridge; three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a grandchild, sister and brother.
Private graveside service will be held Friday at Memorial Park. W.H. "Dutch" Estes and the Rev. John Ferguson will officiate.
Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. There is no visitation.
