ALTENBURG -- Albert E. Preusser, 77, of Altenburg died Thursday, March 27, 1997, at his home. He was born Dec. 27, 1919, at Altenburg, son of Arthur J. and Anna Doering Preusser. He and Dorothy Mueller were married Sept. 29, 1946. She died Jan. 8, 1987...

ALTENBURG -- Albert E. Preusser, 77, of Altenburg died Thursday, March 27, 1997, at his home.

He was born Dec. 27, 1919, at Altenburg, son of Arthur J. and Anna Doering Preusser. He and Dorothy Mueller were married Sept. 29, 1946. She died Jan. 8, 1987.

Preusser was a dairy farmer, and member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

Survivors include three sons, Kenneth, Michael and Daryl Preusser of Altenburg; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Friends may call at Young and Sons East Perry Chapel from 5-9 p.m. today, and Saturday from 6:30-8:30 a.m.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Church, with the Rev. Willard Kassulke officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
