BLOOMFIELD -- Agnes Nenninger, 79, of rural Bloomfield died Thursday, Feb. 20, 1997, at Dexter Memorial Hospital in Dexter.
She was born Oct. 16, 1917, at Glennon, daughter of Alfred and Mary Beel VanGennip Sr. She and Edward H. Nenninger were married May 7, 1941, at Glennon. He died Jan. 27, 1981.
Nenninger was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Advance.
Survivors include two sons, David and James Nenninger of rural Bloomfield; three daughters, Margie Seiler of Morgantown, Ky., Janet Eftink of Oran, Betty Lewis of Bloomfield; a brother, Norman VanGennip of Marble Hill; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, four brothers, four sisters, and three grandchildren.
Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance from 5-8 p.m. Sunday. Parish prayers will be at 7, followed by Knights of Columbus prayers.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. John's Catholic Church in Leopold. The Rev. Frederick Lutz will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.
