Agnes Elfrink, 92, of Portageville, Mo., died Thursday, March 8, 2012, at Monticello House in Jackson.
She was born June 8, 1919, at Glennon, Mo.; daughter of Jacob and Rose DeBrock Beel. She and Andrew G. Elfrink were married Jan. 25, 1938. He passed away March 17, 2004.
Mrs. Elfrink was a homemaker and a member of St. Eustachius Catholic Church in Portageville and Immaculate Conception in Jackson.
Survivors include four daughters, Mary (Chester) Alexander of Cape Girardeau, Norma Beussink of Marble Hill, Mo., Judy (David) Beussink of Jackson, Joan (Melvin) Moss of Sikeston; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Henry Beel; four sisters, Clara Spooler, Mayme Stouse, Rose Cobb and Ella Prince; and a son-in-law, Ronald Beussink.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill. Parish prayers will be at 7.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. John's Catholic Church in Leopold, Mo., with the Rev. William Hennecke officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's, the Alzheimer's Association or to Immaculate Conception Building Fund.
