SIKESTON -- Adoline "Addie" Marshall, 89, of Sikeston died Monday, Aug. 18, 1997, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. She was born Jan. 9, 1908, in the McMullin community, daughter of William B. and Emma Simpson. She and James Marshall Jr. were married Nov. 20, 1933, at Charleston. He died Oct. 15, 1989...

SIKESTON -- Adoline "Addie" Marshall, 89, of Sikeston died Monday, Aug. 18, 1997, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born Jan. 9, 1908, in the McMullin community, daughter of William B. and Emma Simpson. She and James Marshall Jr. were married Nov. 20, 1933, at Charleston. He died Oct. 15, 1989.

Survivors include a daughter, Billie Barnes of Sikeston; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, a sister, and two brothers.

Friends may call at Ponder Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with Dr. Jim Davis and the Rev. Fred Leist officiating. Burial will be in Sikeston City Cemetery.
