Ada T. Helwege, 87, of 426 South Hanover, died Wednesday, July 10, 1991 at Deal Nursing Home in Jackson. She was born Oct. 11, 1903 at Farrar to Carl and Bertha Mehner Helwege. She was manager and housekeeper of the Most Precious Blood Catholic Church Home in Denver for many years, and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau...

Ada T. Helwege, 87, of 426 South Hanover, died Wednesday, July 10, 1991 at Deal Nursing Home in Jackson.

She was born Oct. 11, 1903 at Farrar to Carl and Bertha Mehner Helwege.

She was manager and housekeeper of the Most Precious Blood Catholic Church Home in Denver for many years, and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau.

Surviving are a sister, Clara Daume of Cape Girardeau, and numerous nieces and nephews. Three brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.

Funeral service will be held Friday at 130 p.m. at the Ford & Sons Sprigg Street chapel. The Rev. David Dissen will officiate.

Visitation will take place today at the chapel from 4 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
