"It was founded to provide chimney sweeping and maintenance. We also provide stainless steel reliners and other accessories," he said.
The firm expanded its services in 1989 to include home air-duct cleaning. Earlier this year McElfresh added exterior house washing to the company's services.
McElfresh and an associate, Sam Welker, are both certified chimney sweeps by the National Chimney Sweep Guild.
