FIREPLACE CENTER EXPANDS SPACE

The Fireplace Center and River City Masonry, 1028 N. Kingshighway, has expanded its showroom and added a new product: an unvented gas fireplace.

"The unvented gas fireplace can be installed almost anywhere in the house," said Noretta Blattner, "No chimney or direct vent is needed."

Other new products include direct vent gas fireplaces, gas inserts, oak mantels and accessories.

David and Noretta Blattner are owners of the business.

"We converted space, which had been utilized as an office and hallway, and turned it into additional showroom space," said Noretta Blattner.

The Fireplace Center and River City Masonry provide a complete line of wood-burning stoves and fireplace furnishings. The firm also specializes in building fireplaces, custom patios and retaining walls.
