It does not matter where crawlers start or finish their evening. People who have their card stamped by all five bars by 9 p.m., will win promotional and novelty items from the local beverage distributors co-sponsoring the evening, including River Eagle Distributing Company, Bluff City Beer, Kohlfeld Distributing, Major Brands Distributing Co., Paramount Liquor and Manhattan Distributing Co.

Twenty-five cents of every drink purchased will be donated to the Downtown Beautification Fund, which each year helps to plant flowers and other foliage along the floodwall in downtown Cape Girardeau. Each year, the downtown bars raise between $200 and $500 for the project.

In addition to the Pub Crawl, at least three of the downtown bars will offer live entertainment for St. Patrick's Day partiers.
