Answer: Keeping the county treasurer an elected position and adding value to the taxing districts and other governemtnal entities via the treasurer's office.

Answer: Missouri statute states that any person who is a qualified voter living in the country is qualified to serve as the county treasurer. A degree in business administration and continuing college hours, which includes receipt of funds, collection of taxes, disbursement of funds; a strong accounting background with ample computer experience: all of this equips me with the necessary skills needed to perform the daily tasks of the office of county treasurer.

Answer: A degree in business administration as well as continuing college hours; experience that includes the receipt of funds, collection of taxes, disbursement of funds; a strong accounting background accompanied with ample computer experience -- all of this equips me with the necessary skills to perform the daily tasks of the office of county treasurer.

Answer: Bring structure to the office by dividng duties into two sections, administration-finance and customer service; increase interest earning through investment pooling.
