REDIGER GETS MUCH-DESERVED RECOGNITION

Harry Rediger recently was honored for his service to Vision 2000 and Area Wide United Way. The Cape Girardeau businessman has given and continues to give countless hours of his time for the betterment of the community. He is a model citizen always ready to serve in whatever capacity needed.

The former recipient of the Chamber of Commerce Rush H. Limbaugh Award was recognized as an original member of Vision 2000, having been involved in its formation in 1987. United Way paid him tribute as a departing board member, having served the organization for 18 years. Rediger is on the Cape Girardeau Board of Education and is next in line to become chairman of industrial recruitment for the Greater Cape Girardeau Industrial Corp.

His honors are well deserved, and Cape Girardeau owes a lot to Harry Rediger.
