The Zalma boys basketball team rebounded from a heartbreaking one-point loss to Meadow Heights on Monday to defeat Woodland 77-47 on Tuesday night at the Woodland tournament.

The Bulldogs advanced to the consolation final at 5 p.m. Friday with the victory. Their opponent has not been determined.

Justin Stotts led Zalma, the tournament's No. 4 seed, with 27 points while Stephen Simmers added 21.

Wooland was led by Neil Johnson with 15 points.
