HOLCOMB, Mo. — Portageville bounced back from a disappointing showing at the Bloomfield Christmas Tournament with a 69-53 win at Holcomb on Tuesday, Jan. 3.
The Bulldogs improved to 6-5 with the win, while the Hornets dropped to 4-6.
Shane Townsend scored a game-high 26 for Portageville.
Holcomb’s leading scorers were Jacob Reeves-Crittendon (12) and Noah Kenner (11).
Portageville will travel to Scott County Central (1-6) on Thursday, while Holcomb hosts Campbell (5-7) on Friday.
