Tennessee Tech capped an undefeated run through the Ohio Valley Conference baseball tournament with Saturday's 4-3, 10-inning win over Jacksonville State in Paducah, Ky.
Tech, seeded fifth in the sixth-team event, also beat sixth-seeded JSU in 10 innings Friday night, 13-12.
Tournament MVP A.J. Kirby-Jones singled in the game-winning run in the top of the 10th Saturday.
In four tournament games, Kirby batted .500 (8-for-16) with seven runs scored, a double, three home runs, five RBIs and a save on the mound.
Tech (30-22-1), which won its first OVC tournament title since 2001, earns the league's automatic NCAA berth.
Southeast Missouri State freshman shortstop Kenton Parmley was named to the 13-player all-tournament team. Parmley went 5-for-9 as the Redhawks lost both their tournament games.
