St. Vincent stunned host Valle Catholic with a 13-12 victory Friday night, avenging last year's district loss.

Senior quarterback Tim Guilliams passed for a touchdown and ran for another to lead the Indians, who haven't lost at Valle in 15 years.

They avoided their first 0-3 start since 1994, which followed an 0-3 start the previous season.

Trailing 12-7 with less than a minute to go in the game, Guilliams plunged in a 4-yard TD run for the eventual game-winning score. The conversion pass failed leaving the Warriors some hope.

Blytheville 41, Central 21

The host Chickasaws scored the game's first 20 points, built a lead as large as 34-7 en route to a victory against winless Central.

Fred Jackson scored three touchdowns for Blytheville (3-0).

Central (0-3), which committed two fumbles and an interception while falling behind by 27, came back with two touchdown passes in the second half.

Senior quarterback Blake Slattery, had scored in the first half on a 1-yard run that was set up by a 36-yard pass from Slattery to George Hamilton III.

Slattery in the second half connected on a 13-yard TD pass to Derek Walker and later a 14-yard pass to Hamilton.

E. Prairie 26, Scott City 20

Scott City was unable to overcome three lost fumbles and four interceptions on the road.

Two of Caleb Hatton's three interceptions set up the go-ahead and final touchdowns for East Prairie (1-2) in the second half.

Scott City (1-2) closed to a touchdown on a one-play drive -- Ethan Watkins' 51-yard pass to Jamie Pinkston -- but the Rams final possession ended with an interception.

Chris Blankenship led Scott City's offense with 150 yards on 20 carries and two touchdowns.

After East Prairie scored on the game's opening drive, the score was 6-0 at halftime. Blankenship scored on a 1-yard run early in the third and added a 27-yard TD to put Scott City up 13-6.

Watkins finished 6-for-14 for 93 yards with one TD and four interceptions.

Crystal City 43, Chaffee 13

The Hornets ran away from a 6-6 first period tie to improve its record to 3-0.

Chaffee (1-2) scored on Michael Lee's 10-yard pass to Dylan McAlister and Steven Atkinson's 2-yard run.
