Southeast Missouri State University's men's and women's track teams will host Murray State at 1 p.m. today in a pair of dual meets at the Abe Stuber Track & Field Complex.
"We had some outstanding performances last week at the Alabama Relays and we want to keep our momentum going (today)," said Southeast coach Joey Haines. "We want to be ready for a strong showing at the ALL SPORT Classic (which Southeast will host on April 7)."
Two Southeast women turned in stellar performances during last weekend's 63-team Alabama Relays as Amy Arteme won the 10,000-meters while Heather Keltner was third in the 400-meters.
On the men's side, Jaret Willi was third in the pole vault at 15-11, marking the top height in the Ohio Valley Conference this season. Discus throwers Brandon Myer and Jay Heddell, who went 171-7 and 162-1, respectively, rank one-two in the OVC.
