SPORTS BRIEFS: ED NUNNELEE TENNIS TOURNEY

SIKESTON -- The 7th Annual Ed Nunnelee Memorial Tennis Tournament will be held June 13-15 at the Sikeston Country Club.

Adult and junior brackets will be held, with proceeds to go toward the Ed Nunnelee Scholarship Fund.

The following adult brackets will be held for both singles and doubles: Men's Open, Men's A, Men's B and Women's Open. In addition, there will be Open Mixed Doubles.

In juniors, there will be four age divisions for both boys and girls: 1-and-under, 13-14, 15-16 and 17-18.

All players can participate in two events, but can only enter one doubles event.

Junior play begins June 13 and adult play starts June 14.

Singles fee is $10 per entry while doubles is $15 per team.
