Dunn got salaries of $7.5 million for this season and $10.5 million for 2007. The club has an option for a $13 million salary in 2008, which it can buy out for $500,000.
The outfielder/first baseman was the Reds' last player left in arbitration. He had asked for the second-biggest salary increase among the 44 major leaguers who exchanged arbitration figures with teams. Dunn sought $8.95 million in arbitration, and the club offered $7.1 million.
David "Soupy" Campbell, former head basketball coach at Barton County Community College in Kansas, was also ordered to pay $7,714 in restitution. He had plead guilty in November to one count of embezzlement from a federal student assistance program.
Campbell is the second coach sentenced so far in an investigation that ensnared eight coaches at the college in Great Bend and led to the firing of the school's president.
In December, former basketball coach Matt Skillman was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to pay $26,239 in restitution after pleading guilty to embezzlement and mail fraud.
Joe Baker will serve as the defensive quality control coach, Jim Chaney the assistant offensive line coach, Jeff Horton the special assistant for offense, and Brad Roll the assistant strength and conditioning coach.
Baker, entering his 12th NFL season, was previously the secondary and safeties coach for the Green Bay Packers. Roll, entering his 14th season in the league, spent the past two seasons as the Buffalo Bills' strength and conditioning coordinator.
Chaney and Horton will be making their NFL coaching debuts. Chaney spent the past nine seasons as the offensive coordinator at Purdue, and Horton was named the tight ends coach and special teams coordinator at Iowa State last month.
Chad Knaus was accused of raising the rear window on the No. 48 Chevrolet to alter aerodynamics during Johnson's run Sunday. The infraction was discovered in a post-qualifying inspection when the car failed to fit NASCAR templates.
NASCAR said Knaus cannot appeal the ejection.
NASCAR also said the team is subject to additional penalties, which would not be announced until after Sunday's Daytona 500.
