Sectional champs crowned
for Punt, Pass, and Kick
The sectional champions for the NFL Pepsi Punt, Pass, and Kick were crowned on Sunday in competition waged at Cape Girardeau Junior High School.
Twenty youths participated in four age divisions. The sectional winners had advanced from the local competition sites. Sunday's first-place finishers from each age division will have their scores compared with other sectional champions in Missouri and Illinois, with the top five scorers having a chance to advance to the St. Louis Rams Team Championship at the Edward Jones Dome.

Senior 2-Man Scramble
Ray Wilhelm and Harry Schott combined for a 63 to win the championship flight of the 2005 Senior 2-Man Scramble on Saturday at Cape Jaycee Municipal Golf Course.
Darrell Simmons and Dave Howard placed second with a 64, while Ray Schweain and Art Owens also shot 64 and took third.
Tony Sebeck and Bud Crites shot 71 to win 'A' flight in a scorecard playoff with Harold Kerr and Jim Sullins. The duo of Charlie Johnson and John Davis finished a stroke back.
Dalhousie wins O.B. Sports
Throwback Classic
The Dalhousie Golf Club recently defeated the Somerby Golf Club at Rochester, Minn., in the O.B. Sports Throwback Classic.
Dalhousie won the two-format competition 7 1/2 to 4 1/2. Dalhousie won alternate shot 4-2 and the four-ball 3 1/2 to 2 1/2.
Members of the Dalhousie team were Mark McDowell, Cord Dombrowski, Tim Coad, Rick Miller, Jeff Patton, Rob Erlbacher, Mark Hogan, Ron Seabaugh, Bill Morgan, Andy Deiro, Jeff Dewitt and Ken Swinford.
