After canceling today's schedule of the All-Missouri Strike Out Against Cancer Classic due to poor field conditions, the Southeast softball team will open its home schedule Sunday in a scaled-back version of the original format.
Three squads will participate, with Saint Louis University and Missouri State joining the Redhawks at the Southeast Softball Complex. Missouri-Kansas City will not make the trip.
Each team will play two games Sunday, with Saint Louis vs. Missouri State at 11 a.m., Southeast vs. Missouri State at 1 p.m. and Southeast vs. Saint Louis at 3 p.m.
The All-Missouri Cancer event, which rotates sites annually, is in its seventh year. All proceeds from the event will go to the Saint Francis Medical Center women care program.
