The Southeast Missouri State women's soccer team dropped its exhibition opener to Liscomb on Monday night.
The Redhawks allowed a goal 8 minutes, 42 seconds into the contest and never equalized in a 1-0 road loss.
Southeast will compete in its second and final exhibition game 5 p.m. Friday at Saint Louis University.
The team, which features nine newcomers on its roster, will open regular-season play on Aug. 25 in a non-conference game against fellow Ohio Valley Conference member UT-Martin. The contest will begin at 2 p.m. in Martin, Tennessee.
