Here's a quick look at what we missed between Thursday, Jan. 18, and Saturday, Jan. 20, in the Southeast Missourian coverage area.

__Saturday, Jan. 20__

Notre Dame boys basketball fell to St. Francis Borgia 63-41 on Saturday. Kolton Johnson led the Bulldogs with 16 points and Brett Dohogne added 14 points.

Notre Dame girls basketball defeated Helias 62-58 to win the consolation title in the Nixa Tournament on Saturday. Brie Rubel led the Bulldogs with 21 points, followed by 16 points from Nevaeh Lucious and 14 from Kate Rubel.

Oak Ridge girls basketball fell to Chaffee 48-40 in the Scott-Miss Tournament on Saturday. Reagan Howe led the Blue Jays with 18 points and 13 rebounds.

Scott City girls basketball defeated Scott County Central 59-47 in the Scott-Miss Tournament on Saturday. Lilyan Landis led the Rams with 19 points. Reagan Evans led the Lady Braves with 15 points while Nikki Adams added 14 points.

Cape Central girls swimming placed second out of 22 teams in the COMO Invitational on Saturday. Tommy Marriot also won the diving championship.

__Friday, Jan. 19__

Chaffee boys basketball defeated Oak Ridge 53-48 on Friday. Levi McKinnie led the Red Devils with 20 points while Shelton Simmons and Blake Yarbro each scored 10 points. Konnor Hobeck led the Blue Jays with 17 points.

__Thursday, Jan. 18__

Scott City girls basketball defeated Meadow Heights 51-36 on the road Thursday to improve to 10-5 on the season. Lilyan Landis led the Rams with 21 points while Gracie Karrenbrock added 12 points. Scott City made 14-of-25 shots from the free-throw line. Meadow Heights was led by Rachel Hellebusch, who scored 19 points. The Panthers made 9-of-12 shots from the free-throw line.

Notre Dame girls basketball fell to Republic on the road 58-45 on Thursday. Skylar Craft led the Bulldogs with 11 points. Notre Dame made 5-of-12 shots from 3-point range and also made 8-of-13 free throws.

Perryville girls basketball defeated Festus on the road 51-48 on Thursday. The Lady Pirates improved their record to 10-5, including 3-1 in conference play. They will host Sikeston on Monday.
