Coach's outlook: Their willingness to learn a new scheme is what I like best about the team. Being a new head coach to them, it's not always easy trying to learn a new coaching style. I'm also very impressed with the young talent coming up. It tends to push the older ones more. Good, friendly competition.
Team goals for the upcoming season: I think our team goals are most like all teams: to go deep into the season and playoffs. Serving and passing are the two most-needed areas of improvement.
Woodland Cardinals

Coach's outlook: I love how scrappy our team is this year along with our serve-receive. We have put a lot of focus on taking care of the first ball this year.
Team goals for the upcoming season: Goals are to have a winning season, place higher in our conference tournament than last year and return to the sectional games. I would like our defense and blocking to improve the most. Defense is our main focus this year.
