Coach's outlook on the team: Determination and a very good work ethic are what I like best about the team. There is no complaining and everyone just puts their head down and just does the work asked of them whether it is a drill, scrimmaging or conditioning. They are also great at adapting and changing to new roles and positions as we try to find what the team needs.
Team goals for the upcoming season: Improving from start to finish, attaining a record above .500 and winning a district championship. I would love to see my team become more fluid, creative and proactive on offense to reward our defense intensity.
