Scott City girls basketball continued their winning ways by defeating Greenville 46-27 for their third straight win. Gracie Karrenbrock led the Rams with 14 points. Logan Schiwitz scored eight points while Ramsey Spinks, Lilyan Landis, and Mackenzie Lawless each pitched in six points.

__Bloomfield 42, Advance 37, __

Advance girls lost its third game in a row, this time against Bloomfield 42-37. Maggie Stubenrauch led the Hornets with 17 points with three three-pointers. The duo of Abbigail Heaton and Danyella Medrano each scored a team-high 10 points for the Wildcats.

__Elsewhere__

St. Vincent boys basketball started the season with a 73-60 win over Herculaneum in the opening round of the Crystal City Tournament.
