What do you like best about your team?: They want to learn and get better every day. We talk about controlling attitude and emotion and they bought in from the very first day. The difference between Practice 1 and Practice 8 was huge. If that growth continues, we have the ability to be a successful softball team.

What are your team's goals?: If each player gets better every day, we will achieve our goal. I told them from the start that they can only control their attitude and emotions. Their body language and how they carry themselves is something that we have been improving on since Day 1. ... Learn from the past, play in the present and prepare for the future.
