What do you like best about your team?: Most talented group in school history, as a whole. They work well as a team. Nice mix of veteran upperclassmen and new high school swimmers. The group is goal focused and they understand what and how to attain our team goals
What are your team's goals?: Top two at state meet, conference champions, two academic all-americans, re-set state medley relay record, eight individual state qualifiers, develop depth for dual meets, represent Cape Central and our community well as we compete around the state

What do you like best about your team?: Following the "TEAM" concept we are working with to not just come to practice and train, but to understand the purpose of the specific training activity and how it relates to them being a more capable and efficient swimmer
What are your team's goals?: State qualification for a few swimmers and success at the conference championship for the team, with a winning record in dual meets
