The Southeast Missouri State women's tennis team lost its home opener Tuesday, 6-1 against SIU Carbondale.
The Salukis (6-1) won five of six singles matches and swept the three doubles matches to earn the doubles point.
Southeast (1-4) notched its lone victory when Heather Robinson defeated Aridna Cairo Baza 6-4, 6-4 at No. 5 singles.
Melissa Martin suffered her first singles loss of the season at the No. 4 spot.
