Southeast Missouri State's Tyler Stone, Jarekious Bradley and Antonius Cleveland each earned Ohio Valley Conference basketball weekly honors.
Stone is the OVC Player of the Week for the first time this season. He averaged 20 points and 10 rebounds in Southeast's wins against Jacksonville State and UT-Martin.
Bradley was named the OVC Newcomer of the Week for the seventh time this season. He averaged 18.5 points and 5.5 rebounds coming off the bench in those two wins. Against UTM Saturday, Bradley hit a 3-pointer to tie the game at 72-72 with 48 seconds remaining, and hit a pair of free throws to give Southeast a two-point lead with 15 seconds to play.
Cleveland, who hit the half-court buzzer beater to defeat UTM and averaged 10 ppg in the Redhawks' victories, was named co-Freshman of the Week. This is the fourth time he's been named the freshman of the week. He shares the honor with Murray State's Cameron Payne.
Southeast's Tyler Iago was named the OVC Pitcher of the Week. Iago (2-0) picked up his second win of the season in an 18-0 win against IPFW on Friday. He allowed just three hits and one walk in six innings of work, striking out nine batters.
The Redhawks swept the series against IPFW with a 7-6 win on Saturday and a 6-4 win on Sunday.
