Carter placed 13th in the long jump to earn second-team All-America honors.

Southeast athletes broke six school records during the indoor campaign, three each for the men and women.

Carter owns two of the records, in the long jump (25 feet, 6 inches) and 60 meters (6.76 seconds), while sophomore Reggie Miller set the high jump record (7-0 1/4).

On the women's side, school record-holders are sophomore Rebekah Lawson in the 5,000 (17:28.21), senior, Jill Schnurbusch in the pole vault (13-1 1/2) and junior Courtney Gapelu in the shot put (51-9).

Schnurbusch, a Notre Dame Regional High School graduate, has set Southeast's pole-vault record several times during her career.
