Delta C-7, after trailing 56-31 after three quarters, got within 11 points with six minutes to go in the game. However, Senath-Hornersville's dual threat of Mason Williams and Amador Luna got several inside scoring moves to fall, and Senath-Hornersville prevailed 78-55.

The Lions improved their record to 8-9. Delta C-7 fell to 4-12 on the season. Amador Luna led all scoring with 29 points. Delta C-7 next travels to Southland for the Rebels' homecoming Friday night.
