SEMO'S REICHERT HONORED

Sara Reichert, a sophomore on the Southeast Missouri State University softball team, has been named the Ohio Valley Conference co-pitcher of the week.

Reichert pitched in four games last week and collected three wins and a save, with an 0.67 ERA. She had two shutouts. In 21 innings, Reichert allowed 10 hits and only two earned runs while striking out 22 and walking just four.

This week's award marks the second time in three weeks Reichert has been named OVC pitcher of the week. She has a 12-3 record for the Otahkians this season and stands 24-5 for her Southeast career. Her .828 winning percentage is the highest in team history.
